How do I apply?
Click the "Apply Now" button on any page to go directly to our application portal. The application fee is $40. International students are welcome — just use 111-11-1111 for the Social Security field and your current address for rental references. Approvals are instant!
What's included in the rent?
Your rent plus the $85/month amenity fee covers everything: Google Fiber WiFi, furnished room (twin bed, desk, chair, closet, mini fridge), communal kitchen and bathroom per floor, study lounges, laundry facilities, daily janitorial service for common areas, and Berkeley shuttle access.
What's the lease term?

Is the building furnished?
Yes! Every room comes with a twin-sized bed, desk, chair, closet, and small refrigerator. Just bring your personal belongings and you're ready to go.
How do I pay rent?
Rent payments are handled through our online resident portal. You can set up automatic payments or pay manually each month through the secure payment system.
What's the move-in process?
Once your application is approved, our community managers will coordinate your move-in date and provide all the details you need, including key pickup, building orientation, and parking information for move-in day.
Is there parking?
There is no parking available at the building. However, with a Walk Score of 99, Berkeley shuttle access right outside, and Downtown Berkeley BART just a 10-minute walk away, most residents don't need a car.
What about internet and utilities?
All utilities and internet are included in your rent. Every room comes with Google WiFi and fiber optic ethernet, plus cable television.
Can I tour the property?
Absolutely! Call our leasing team at (510) 704-1240 or email leasing@sgrealestateco.com to schedule a tour. We offer tours for both students and families, seven days a week.
What if I need maintenance?
Our onsite community managers handle maintenance requests promptly. You can submit requests through the resident portal or contact the management office directly at (510) 462-5442.
