Welcome to Telegraph Commons in the Heart of Berkeley 2 blocks from UC Berkeley campus! Amazing onsite support & friendly & a empathetic supportive vibe! Located just two blocks from the UC Berkeley's campus on the vibrant street of Telegraph, Telegraph Commons is surrounded by all of the things that make Berkeley great including a wide variety of restaurants, convenient shopping, and of course, the UC Berkeley campus.

All of our floors offer fully loaded inspiring community kitchens, spacious & well attended to communal bathrooms (our onsite Janitorial team is amazing!!), washer and dryers on each floor, and comfortable & cozy study lounges. All rooms come with a twin-sized bed, a desk, a chair, a closet, and a small refrigerator. To move in we require first month's rent and security deposit. There is a flat date $85 Amenity Fee per person which all utilities (water, garbage, trash), all building amenities, common area cleaning, and in-room Google Fiber wifi internet.

Pets: Due to shared commons spaces, we kindly do not accept pets at this location.

Parking: Building does not have parking (please inquire within regarding additional parking spaces that may be available at our other buildings)

Kitchens/Baths: Shared kitchen on each floor with large communal bathrooms and one private bathroom per floor! (Our private rooms do not include a private bathroom)
