TC is a 5 floor building, with retail shops on the first floor.  This leaves floors 2 through 5 for residential living.

• Kitchen, common rooms, laundry rooms, private/handicapped bathroom, general bathroom on ever floor
• Free in-room internet, wireless internet in common areas, satellite TV rooms, tivo & DVD player
• Bathrooms each have 4 sinks, stalls, and showers, and are cleaned daily
• Kitchens full equipped with basic appliances, and are cleaned daily
• Mini refrigerator provided in every room, every room fully furnished
