Telegraph Commons is a private dormitory that provides a,
safe, clean, and fun dormitory experience to students attending the University
of California, Berkeley. Our tenants are students who wish to experience
life in a college dorm for a more affordable price than university housing.
Also, they don't want to deal with the hassle
and boredome of apartment life.
TC gives students a study friendly environment where they can meet new people and focus on their schoolwork instead of worrying about social networks and
bills. Overall, TC
provides students with a more affordable version of university dormitories and
less hassle and a better social aspect than an apartment, and more amenities
than either.
